The third training activity implemented through the TecHUB 4.0 Erasmus+ project is a short term joint staff training event which took place at Czestochowa University Of Technology in Poland. Two staff members from POLITEHNICA University of Bucharest participated at the event for three days, between 15th and 17th of October. Delivered as an interactive Workshop on Entrepreneurship Education – Start-ups & Spin-Offs in Technology, the C3 training activity reunited a total of 40 people, two from UPB and 38 from PCZ. The 38 PCZ participants were chosen to represent specific interested stakeholders: full academic member staff, researchers, undergraduate, masters’ and PhD students and SME representatives. Focusing on the project aim, all participants currently activate in domains managed by the Faculty of Management and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science.
Training activities focused on: real-life scenarios from the targeted IOs, business plan projects analysis from C2 activity and best-practice examples in relation to the project results. A detailed agenda is provided at the bottom of this section for further reading on specific topics.
